A 60-year-old driver led the cops on a chase through several counties in North Texas. Along for the ride was a “very friendly but scared” golden retriever. SWAT officers shot tear gas into the truck’s cab just before 1:30 p.m., and the driver let the dog out before surrendering himself a minute later.

Yeah that was a happy accident. They grabbed the tear gas launcher instead of the grenade launcher.

Sorry I took that to mean there is an expectation for Cops to use excessive Force. But being a former Military Policeman I’m pretty busy right now it seems, when someone makes generalizations about those who wear a Badge. I can’t help myself.
